30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To qualify for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • The product must be in the same condition you received it.

  • You’ll need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your request is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your item back.

Damages and Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at marketing@elegantparfum.com so we can evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.

We may request photos of the item and packaging to assist in the assessment.


Items Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened perfumes, diffusers, or sprays

  • Personal care products (e.g., hand lotion, body mist)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

Please contact us if you’re unsure whether your item qualifies for a return.


Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please first return the product. Once your return is accepted, you can make a new purchase for your preferred item.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund.

This policy complies with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), which grants consumers the right to return defective or unsafe goods within six months of purchase for a repair, replacement, or refund, provided the defect was not caused by misuse.
